After philtrum shortening, my nose looks upturned and my nostrils are very visible, but I can’t tell whether it’s because of a deformity where the nasal base has descended or whether it’s contracture. Maybe because the columella came down after philtrum shortening, the space in my nose feels wider and I feel like there’s a bit of a smell inside my nose too. I heard it could be contracture, so I’m having a mental breakdown, but my nasal tip has always been hard since before, and if I pull the bridge of my nose up and down with my index finger, it moves down well What other symptoms of contracture are there?
