I'm looking into getting revision rhinoplasty this time, and for my first surgery, I used silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage.
One hospital recommends donated rib cartilage, and another hospital says to reuse what was used in the first surgery.
I don't want to use donated rib cartilage because of inflammation, and I don't want to use autologous costal cartilage because of the scar. If I don't use them, would there not be much of a dramatic change?
