For my last rhinoplasty, the eighth one, I removed the silicone and left the ear cartilage in the nasal tip. But the important thing is, maybe because I left the nasal tip alone, the nasal congestion is still the same Is it because of scar tissue in the nasal tip? Did the nasal congestion happen because of the ear cartilage? It’s clear that the nasal congestion started after rhinoplasty I’m scared to do functional nasal surgery for this in case I end up with a saddle nose, and I’m wondering if anyone has removed silicone and only had revision surgery on the nasal tip.
