It’s been over 8 years since surgery These days, the blunt area at the tip of my nose where the ear cartilage is gets redness that comes and goes. There’s also a surgical scar on the columella side, and if it gets even slightly irritated, it turns red. My whole nasal tip feels kind of heavy overall, and there’s a continuing unpleasant irritation Could this be inflammation and symptoms of contracture starting?
