First of all.. it’s implant-free, and the plan was the nasal tip, lowering the columella, autologous costal cartilage, slightly shaving down the side of the nose for correction of a deviated nose, and using a little cartilage for the step-off in the nose. The third photo is the surgical goal that the director said would be fully possible during my consultation before surgery.
Right, it’s only barely day 3 since I had it done, and I fully know this is the time when you can spiral mentally, but I’m writing because I’m honestly so scared. Even when I tell myself it must be swelling, that everything went well and I’m just getting frightened, trembling and crying for no reason, I’ve had my nose done several times before and it has never swollen this much. I didn’t even put anything in the bridge, but my nose line has disappeared like when silicone was put in and ruined my nose shape, so I get even more terrified and devastated.
How does it look to everyone here? Could this really be swelling?
The first is the current state, the second is the nose line I thought I would get if the surgical method the director proposed was performed, and the third is the photo I brought before surgery and said I would have no regrets if it could even just look like that. Right now I’ve completely turned masculine-looking, and I went up onto the operating table trembling because I trusted the words that only the nasal tip would change, but with this result, honestly I can’t stay sane.
I’d like you to honestly tell me what you think it looks like. When I asked the consultant and the nurse who went into the operating room with me how much cartilage or whatever was put into the nasal bridge, and why the contour between my eyebrows has disappeared like this, they said the doctor would explain, that when I see the director next week he’ll tell me everything. I couldn’t get any answer at all, so I really feel like I’m going crazy.
