Usually when people use autologous costal cartilage, the nasal tip comes out really pretty and sharp, but I felt a bit disappointed from the beginning of the surgery. Maybe because it was a nose that had developed contracture and they pulled it down. I’m now 6 years post-revision surgery, and I’m debating whether to go back to the hospital where I had it done for another revision, or just remove it and only touch up the nasal tip Is there anyone who was in a case like mine? Someone who already used autologous costal cartilage but had another revision. For my first surgery, I used septal cartilage, so only my ear cartilage is still available
