It has been about 4 years since my revision rhinoplasty. At first I was satisfied, but since 2 years ago, my nasal tip has dropped a lot, and the front view looks blunt. As for the asymmetry, my original nose was also quite crooked and my face is asymmetrical too, so I am taking that into account to some extent. Since this bothers me, I am considering a third revision and posting because I would like an objective evaluation. Thank you
