During my first surgery, the silicone implant in my nasal bridge was inserted too short, so a step-off formed between the bridge and the nasal tip, creating a shadow. I’m thinking about revision surgery because I want to fix that ㅠㅠ I had surgery with a 2 mm silicone implant for the nasal bridge and only my own septal cartilage. At the clinic I consulted today, they said if I only want to fix that, we could use dermal filler or take ear cartilage and fix just the step-off area. Honestly, I’m drawn to only fixing the step-off with ear cartilage..!! Would it be okay to do revision surgery that way:.?
