Guys, is there anyone like me whose nose looks too thin and lifted after nasal tip surgery I'm thinking about total removal, but if I remove it, will it stop looking lifted and go back to my small, cute original nose? The photo is after surgery It looks way too lifted The nasal tip is too high too. One more thing I'm curious about: I only had the nasal tip done, but can the front-view impression change?
