It's a second revision surgeryㅎ I had revision surgery in March. The side effects are serious, so I can't wait a year, and I'm planning to do it again exactly 6 months later, in the fall. I don't know if it's because of the osteotomy and the hump, or if it was too much strain from projecting the nasal tip and columella too much with donated costal cartilage, but my airway is completely blocked. My nose is so blocked that I can't function in daily life or sleep. I've narrowed down a few clinics that get mentioned a bit for improving issues like this.
