Hello. 7 years ago, I had my primary rhinoplasty at a famous clinic in Apgujeong with silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. About 6 months later, due to a silicone complication, it eventually protruded, so I have a depressed indentation scar on my nasal tip. I had it removed as an emergency, and about 2 years later, pus came out from the scar area, so I had emergency irrigation again. At the time, they said they would do revision surgery for half price after 6 months, but I couldn’t trust them, and I was also disappointed by the clinic’s attitude, so I’m not even considering the original clinic. Since then, if there’s anything really fortunate, it’s that contracture has been coming on slowly and gradually, but because of the scar and the contracture, I’m looking for a reconstruction clinic.
