10 years ago, I had surgery for a hump nose where they shaved down some of the protruding bone and used silicone and septal cartilage. But recently, my nasal bridge suddenly started bruising and I felt pain between my eyebrows, so I went to the hospital, got prescribed antibiotics, and I’m taking them now. So I’m thinking of total removal, and first I went to a fairly well-known plastic surgery clinic that specializes in noses. But they said that total removal, removing the silicone and removing the septal cartilage while repositioning the cartilage, is easier than augmenting the nose. Is that really true? They said if I do this, it seems like my nose will go back to my original nose exactly. I only went to one place, so I’m not sure.
