When removing silicone, do you absolutely have to remove the capsule too? It seems like each hospital says something different. Some places say the capsule should be removed together only when there is inflammation, and some places say that even if there is no inflammation, if the capsule is not removed, inflammation can develop there later and cause contracture, so it must be removed together. Which do you think is correct?
