I only have an implant in the nasal tip, but I want to remove everything I’m looking around for hospitals, and I’m wondering whether removing it and doing cartilage repositioning would at least be better than now, or whether I should just live like this. I don’t have inflammation yet, but I’m worried because as I get older, I don’t know when inflammation might flare up
