I'm a man getting nose surgery, and I'm thinking of putting 8 mm inside.
When I look at this community, there are a lot of people saying that putting in around 8 mm is excessive and that inflammation can develop later....
I've been bullied for my appearance before, so I'm very fixated on my looks, and my original nose is also on the low side, so even with the 5 mm I have now, it's only about the size of an average nose..
