I feel like my nostrils are gradually becoming uneven. It’s been a little under 2 months since surgery, and they put in a septal support strut and used ear cartilage and septal cartilage. They also did cartilage binding. The photo below was taken just 2 weeks ago, and it’s a similar angle, but there is a big difference. The area above the nasal ala feels very firm on only one side. Can it become uneven like this because scar tissue or swelling goes down on only one side?
