2 years ago I had my deviated septum straightened, surgery for nasal valve stenosis, and my nasal tip built up with donated costal cartilage. There’s no issue cosmetically, but my nasal tip is so hard that it’s uncomfortable, and as someone who likes being active, I always have to be careful not to bump it, so it’s been really stressful. When I searched, it seems places like ㄱㅇㅅㅊㅁㅅㅇㅅㅅㅇㅇㅂㅍㄹㅁ are kind of famous for nose removal, but if anyone here has had or consulted for nasal tip removal surgery at any of these or even somewhere else, even a bad experience would be really helpful, so could you please share some information Hospital recommendations are also good
