I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty. Do people usually just use the material the director decides on? For my first surgery, they gave me possible options and I chose one myself, but I’m wondering if it would’ve been better to just go with the director’s recommendation.. lol I want to get consultations with directors who clearly recommend materials. Has anyone here had consultations at those two clinics? I heard autologous costal cartilage is also used a lot for revision surgery, so I’m torn
