First, I had everything removed, and the removal hospital was ㅅㅇ. I’d gone to consultations at several places in the meantime, and at first I mainly went to hospitals that cared about aesthetics, so I thought that even if I removed the silicone, I should still keep a nasal ala support strut. But after going to places like ㅊㅁ and ㅅㅇ that recommend complete removal, I started thinking that aesthetics or whatever, I should just take everything out and live with peace of mind. In the end, I was debating between the two hospitals, and I did it at ㅅㅇ. Because the cartilage had been compressed by the silicone and become uneven, I currently have cotton packed in.
