What will my nose shape become like? I had rhinoplasty because my bulbous nose was the most stressful thing for me. I had 3 mm silicone inserted, and had nasal bone osteotomy and cartilage tying. I have several questions. 1. If I only remove the silicone, will the nasal tip still remain pointed? 2. Other than the bridge being high, will it still look slim? 3. If I remove the silicone, will my nose shape end up looking strange? 4. Is removal usually done with a closed approach or an open approach? 5. Based on Gangnam, Seoul, about how much does it usually cost? I’m curious Please help...
