I had the removal yesterday, and considering that there is cotton in my nose right now, it doesn't look upturned, right? After the cotton is removed, the swelling goes down, and it settles lower, will it not look upturned and come out as an average-looking nose? I'm worried that the bridge area and nasal tip height might stay fixed like this As long as it's not an upturned nose, that's all I need I removed everything except the columellar strut.
