Among everyone who had the extension removed and kept the support graft, I'm curious whether the nasal tip stays hard if you leave the support graft in. Also, for me, the shape matters too, but I removed it because the foreign-body sensation and pain were severe, and after removal, all the pain disappeared. After going around for consultations, they said the cause of the pain might not be the extension, so I'm conflicted
