Is the skill for removing silicone different between having it done at the revision rhinoplasty specialist clinic where I had my nose surgery and having it done at a removal-specialist clinic? I’m curious what the difference is. When I just read posts, it seems like the difference is whether each doctor removes the capsule or doesn’t, but are there other differences too? Is it something like who can better lengthen an upturned nose? Anyway, as time passes, the capsule or fibrous capsule around the silicone softens, so whether you remove it or not, wouldn’t that nose become that same nose? That’s what I’m thinking.
