Hi, I posted before too, but I had rhinoplasty in Busan and now I’m in my second week. I had 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage used, and my columella was slightly lowered during surgery. At first, I was only thinking about becoming prettier, but I overlooked too much, and now the foreign-body sensation and tenderness are so severe that I even had panic attacks. I already had them before, but they’ve gotten so bad I’m thinking of getting everything completely removed after 6 months. Is there anyone here who had their primary rhinoplasty in Busan and then had complete removal done at the same clinic? I’m definitely going to do it, but they said they wouldn’t do complete removal and would only try to remove the silicone They said it could collapse Everyone here…
