After getting nose surgery, I heard a lot that I looked pretty, and I actually did become prettier, but because of the artificial look, the hardness of the nose, and the anxiety, I’m looking into removal or revision surgery. Reducing the width or increasing the height based on your own nose shape is less obvious and less artificial-looking as long as it isn’t excessive, but surgeries that change the shape itself seem very noticeable to me. Because of the distinctive smoothness of silicone and the firm fixed feeling of rib cartilage, when I smile, it feels unbelievably overwhelming lol. I used to think, “As long as I become prettier, I’m okay even if it looks artificial,” but more than I expected…
