I had total nose removal at a plastic surgery clinic. I had early removal of ear cartilage and fascia, with no implant, and it has now been about a month and a half. There was almost no swelling, and from the one-month mark I have been massaging as instructed by the clinic while waiting for my nose to soften. On day 8 after removal, I met an acquaintance's friend, and unless I specifically said something, they would not have known. I returned to my previous appearance. Of course, not 100%, but I am living fairly satisfied with this much.
