For people who had severe inflammation, did you keep the nasal bridge silicone and have a revision, or did you remove the silicone and go implant-free? At a place where I recently got an estimate, they said mine is a severe inflammation case, so if silicone is used again during revision, problems could happen again because of inflammation and it might have to be removed, so we should go implant-free from the start or use cartilage and dermis. Director Kim Hyun-joo provided a clear plan, so I went to other clinics too, but another clinic just gave me an estimate using silicone, so I’m confused about which is right.
