I had a full nose removal today. The removal went well, and I think I probably won’t come into this community much after some time passes, so I’m leaving a lot in advance. First, my previous surgery history was silicone + septal cartilage use. Before the surgery, I changed clothes, had my nose hairs removed, and got one injection for things like an antibiotic test. I think that was the most painful part. Then I washed my face, waited a bit, and had a final consultation with the director. We went over again the things we had discussed in the consultations so far, and if there was any area that needed to be reinforced during surgery, only to the extent that the nose would not become hard…
