민덤 Is there a reason you’re doing it without an implant? I’m also getting revision surgery, and because I don’t like implants, I said I wanted autologous dermis, but they said I would definitely regret it over time, so I booked surgery with an implant ㅠㅠ

I know that as it gets absorbed, it can become lower, and if one side gets absorbed more, the nose can look bumpy, crooked, or bigger, so I am a bit worried. But if I put silicone in my face, it will definitely be higher than without an implant, so I felt like it might not suit my face. On my face, having only the nose be high doesn’t look good…
