The photo was from 1 month after surgery, and I don’t know how to describe it, but the nasal line suddenly rises from the middle, like it’s protruding and swollen. I thought it was scar tissue and that it would go down, but it’s still like this even though it’s almost been a year. The nasal tip has dropped more too. Should I get a third surgery, or should I just keep living like this and get a third surgery if complications happen…
