I’m thinking about revision rhinoplasty for a contracted nose. I don’t have any separate inflammation, but the degree of nasal deformation is somewhat severe. Would silicone be used even in this kind of case? If possible, I’d like to think in the direction of using autologous costal cartilage or cartilage, but I guess I’ll have to go for consultations, right? Please let me know places that can do revision rhinoplasty well with autologous costal cartilage while keeping deformation minimal. I’ve looked at RU reviews and picked it for now, and The Nan seems to have a bit of a long wait.
