For almost a month now, my nose and the glabella area where the silicone is have looked red like this. It's a bit different from typical inflammation photos, but please judge whether it's inflammation. Originally, when my skin color was okay, I only had a lot of blackheads and sebum, but since my skin turned red, small yellow pimples have been appearing on my nose little by little. For reference, the photo was taken somewhere too bright, so you can think of it as a bit redder in real life. It's usually red, and when I eat or go somewhere hot or cold, it gets even redder
