Nose surgery was not dramatic, but.... I think if the shape improves well, it becomes satisfying.... At first, being too ambitious and having the donated costal cartilage warp was such a regret... I think it is fortunate that even the bent shape returned to normal... I had it done with autologous costal cartilage by Director Kim Hyun-joo at RU, and since they said you have to be careful to definitely prevent warping of the costal cartilage... I looked into various things before doing it... It felt like thin layers of autologous costal cartilage were stacked in several layers. At first I wondered, does the bend get corrected? But after the surgery, once the splint/taping was removed and I saw it settling into place, I was satisfied..
