I had my first nose surgery in 2021. I originally had somewhat of a nasal bridge, but I had surgery because I was bothered by my hump nose and drooping nasal tip. The doctor arbitrarily made my nose extremely big and high. It wasn’t even a nose-specialized clinic, just a small clinic, and I went through an acquaintance’s introduction without knowing much, so I know that was my fault. A fairly thick silicone implant was placed in the nasal bridge. With mesh and ear cartilage placed fairly high in the nasal tip, I lived fine for 4 years without any problems, but one day my nasal bridge started aching, and within 4 days the pain spread to my entire nose.
