I did not specifically develop contracture, but I think during my first surgery I did it too flashy without knowing anything, so now I want to get revision rhinoplasty that harmonizes with my face for my age hahaha. For revision rhinoplasty, do people usually change the nasal material? I want to lower my nose a bit as safely as possible, so I got recommendations for places that handle a lot of revision rhinoplasty, and for now I am thinking of going to ㅇㄴㅂ and ㅎㅇㅂ. Since it is revision rhinoplasty, 2 places feels a bit too few, so I will book consultations here first and want to look at a few more places. Please recommend some hahaha
김공듀우 If it feels awkward to book somewhere right away, go to the places you are already planning to visit first and then decide. I am not particularly drawn to anywhere except Finish and Louvre either, so before reservations get pushed back further, I am going to go there first and then think about it.
야미 If they are clinics that do revision rhinoplasty in a safety-oriented way, I think ㅅㅇ, ㅇㅋㅂ, and ㅃㄹ are also okay.
준강서강준 If there is enough septal cartilage left to use, it can be used again, but if not, I understand that you need to use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage! I am planning to do revision rhinoplasty within this year and am looking into Knit and Garden, but I think I will only know what material to use after going there...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
