I currently have 34 mm of silicone in place. If I only remove it, I’m afraid it will get too low I’m scared autologous dermis might leave a scar, so what about artificial dermis? The clinic I went to doesn’t seem to use it, but is there a reason they don’t use it? What should I do when I only want to supplement about 2 mm?
