I had an osteotomy, but I guess one side wasn’t shaved down enough, so it became a crooked nose It was slightly asymmetrical before too, but after the osteotomy it got worse. It’s noticeable enough to catch the eye. Is the only option to shave down the part that wasn’t shaved enough? I’m worried my nose will become much lower. I’m scared to put in silicone because I’m afraid of contracture.
