I think I’ll need to add scar tissue removal when I have my revision rhinoplasty. I’m planning to remove the silicone and go implant-free, and it probably won’t bleed a lot or anything, right? I heard that even if there is a lot of bleeding, as long as hemostasis is done well, the surgery can be performed without causing severe swelling, but I’m not sure, so I’m asking. I’m thinking of getting it done by Dr. Kim Hyun-joo at Alㅇ, but there aren’t many reviews from people who had scar tissue removal separately, so I’m slightly unsure. I do like that she makes the overall line and nasal tip not too pointy.
