After consultations with several directors: I decided on silicone removal + filling the step-off area at the nasal tip 7. I decided to have surgery with a director who does a lot of removals: silicone removal + filling using ear cartilage + postauricular fascia 8. The chalk-nose look caused by the silicone disappeared, and just knowing there are no foreign materials or inflammation-causing materials inside my nose made me feel at ease.. I had the removal surgery at the end of last year
