At some point, I started feeling tightness in my nose and a foreign-body sensation, so I’m thinking of having it removed first and then deciding whether to reconstruct it after seeing the situation again. For removal, it seems like ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅍㄹㅁ, and ㅅㅅㅇ are talked about a lot as the top three places What do you think? It would be even better if people who have had it done could tell me. Or it seems like people also go to ㅊㅁ, ㅈㅅ, ㅋㅂㅈ, and ㅅㅇ a lot for revision rhinoplasty, so I’m debating right now It’s been a while since I looked into this, so I’ve totally lost my sense for it
