Research list: Gaam, Ahn Sung-jin, Coviju, Yejin, Sehyun, Yoo Won-il Research criteria: safety-oriented, the doctor’s sense of responsibility, extensive revision-surgery experience, and whether their aesthetic sense matches mine. Aesthetic preference: somewhere between natural and naturally glamorous?? Even if the bridge height isn’t high, I want to create a nose whose overall shape is small, delicate, and pretty. And the nostrils absolutely must not show much from the front, please Ex) Shin Min-a’s nose, Kim Tae-ri’s nose, Suzy’s nose (please refer only to the nostril exposure and nasal tip shape!) I have a small, short bulbous nose, but I do have some nasal bridge bone. When I was going around for in-person consultations for my first surgery, I was told that compared with my nasal bridge, my cartilage had stopped developing... anyway! Right now I have 1 mm silicone, autologous costal cartilage at the nasal tip, and ear cartilage, and if possible I’m also considering going implant-free. If you’ve had surgery at any of the places on my list or have any hospitals you recommend, or if there are other hospitals you’d recommend, could you take a look? Pleaseㅠㅠ(begging on my knees)

우얏 The hospitals on your current list are a bit different from Daram, but they’re places many people go for revision surgery,, I wanted something slightly naturally glamorous, so I went to RU. Among the list you chose, Coviju, Yoo Won-il, and Yejin seem to be places a lot of people go to?

ㅇㅇㅎㅊㅇ [@아이언맨입니다] Yeah, for the first 1 month my nostrils looked lifted, but once the swelling went down, they did settle down nicely I don’t know how many millimeters of silicone were put in because Director Sehyun said he personally carves the silicone by hand before putting it in I wish he had carved just a little less... The nose got higher, but it’s not even naturally glamorous, just natural......... Of course it did get higher, but.... the shape didn’t change
아이언맨입니다 [@ㅇㅇㅎㅊㅇ] Hahahahahahaha why is the “I wish he had carved just a little less” part so funny.. So only the height increased and the front view didn’t improve… People who go to hospitals that pursue a natural look are usually dissatisfied with this kind of thingㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
