I had surgery in 2019, and my droopy nose became an upturned nose. They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and the place where I had my first surgery is known for removals. I don’t have big expectations for revision surgery; I just want to go back to my previous nose For revision surgery, I’d have to use autologous costal cartilage. In this case, would you go back to the previous clinic and get removal, or go to a new clinic and do it with rib cartilage?
