I’m going to get my nose removal surgery this weekend. I was supposed to do it in November, but the schedule changed, so it’s this Saturday I’m so nervous Could there be side effects? Septal extension, bulbous nose correction with removal of internal nasal tissue/flesh, donated costal cartilage, silicone, and 2-3 pieces of ear cartilage stacked at the nasal tip… They say if a lot of flesh is removed from the nasal tip, something has to be filled in there, so I’m scared… After getting my nose done, I got so many skin breakouts… enough that I had to take dermatology medication It’s been 8 months and it’s still like this. Will it get better if I remove it?
