It was my first surgery, and I used autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage to raise the nasal tip, shaved down the hump, and had rhinitis surgery at the same time. Originally, while getting rhinitis surgery, I was only going to shave down the slight hump, but the consultant said it would be good to raise the nasal tip too, so I was tempted by that and ended up raising the tip as well. Before the surgery, I asked them not to raise it artificially high and to make it really unnoticeable, but this is what they made. It’s been about 1 year since the surgery now, and I don’t like that my nasal tip is stretched out too long, but before surgery my nasal tip had a bulbous-nose feel and the skin…
