Three years ago, during my first surgery, I had 5 mm silicone and autologous costal cartilage used for my nasal tip, but I didn’t like the nose line, the nasal tip was too upturned, and there was also a step-off. About a year later, I even had an accident, so the silicone shifted, and now the show-through at my nasal tip and my skin condition are really bad. I’m going around consulting at clinics for revision surgery, but I live abroad, and from the beginning I wanted a somewhat dramatic nose, so I’m looking at clinics that do a natural-but-glamorous or glamorous style. I had a consultation at RU, and today I had a consultation at Olive Plastic Surgery, but there aren’t many reviews. The director said he’s been working with costal cartilage for over 20 years, and while other places said it might be difficult because my skin is thin, here they said they can lower my upturned nose and also raise the height more, so I’m kind of drawn to it. Is there anyone here who has had surgery there? If anyone has had surgery or a consultation there, please share, even privately.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
