Usually, when removing implants, if it seems like the nose might collapse or there is a risk of saddle nose, they leave a support strut in place before removing, right? But if septal cartilage wasn’t used, does that mean there’s no need to leave a support strut, or is that a separate issue? Is it something they do when there’s a problem with the alar cartilage?
