It’s a revision surgery, and since my nasal tip is drooping, it seems pretty much decided that costal cartilage will be used They say I’ll only know for sure after going for consultations, but from reviews, it seems like autologous costal cartilage is overwhelmingly common. I know I’ll have to go for consultations to know for certain, but mentally it feels a bit burdensome, so I’m planning to go to places that can also do donated costal cartilage~ ㅇㅇㅂ ㅍㅌ ㅁㅇㄷㅇ And I want to look into a few more places too.. Are there any other places that use both donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage fairly evenly? Please recommend places that are not too flashy and not too natural, but make the nose look naturally glamorous and define the nasal tip and columella well

바람돌이 I also went around to a few places specializing in autologous costal cartilage because of nasal tip drooping, then had surgery with autologous costal cartilage at ㅋㅂㅈ. It’s only been 2 months so far, but the swelling has gone down somewhat, and it’s not as overly natural-looking as I expected, so I’m satisfied!
구해라 I’m also getting revision surgery, so I looked around at several places, especially places that make the nasal tip not too natural and not too flashy!! I went to about 5 places, and the list everyone here is looking at feels kind of similar to mine: ㅇㄴㄷ or ㄱㄱ, ㅁㅇㅌ maybe!!?? I was debating the most between the last 2 places, and this time I came back after scheduling a surgery date with one of them!!

오늘도홧팅 Right I’m really torn about that too... They say autologous costal cartilage is safe and sturdy, but honestly it does feel a bit burdensome. But with donated costal cartilage, there’s also talk about the absorption rate, so I’m not sure what to do. I wish there were places that give honest consultations ㅍㅌ and ㅁㄷㅇㄷ do seem to use both donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage pretty evenly
깜짝미 For getting the columellar angle right, ㄹㅂㄹ really is the best. I’ve seen a lot of naturally glamorous nose reviews there, and they seem to use a good range of materials too
