Because my nasal bridge was low, I had my first surgery in my early 20s, thinking that if I had revision surgery a few years later, my nose would become prettier. So I had a second surgery, lived fine for a few years, but my skin gradually became thinner. For the third surgery, I thought I should go back to my original nose, so while removing the silicone implant, I replaced it with Megaderm, removed the nasal tip graft, had nasal tip cartilage repositioning, and had nostril rim lowering done. But in less than a year, everything was absorbed, and my nasal tip gradually started turning upward. I don’t have silicone anymore, and the nasal tip shield graft was also removed, but because my skin is thin, it’s red. The nostril rim lowering has gone back up again, and only my nose is red like Rudolph… When you look at my first impression from the front, I look like an 80-year-old grandmother…
