It’s been over 10 years since my surgery, and recently I found out from photos that the silicone has shifted to the side, so I’ve been looking into clinics. But what I’m worried about now is whether I should get revision surgery or just remove everything, so I’ve been going around to clinics. 1 ㅊㅁ They said that even if only the silicone is removed through a closed approach, there probably won’t be much of a step-off and the shape probably won’t change much, and that it’s an easy case. 2 ㅌㅇㅅ They said that after removal, many people usually end up going for revision surgery because of a sense of loss, so if I’m not certain, I should think carefully about complete removal. They recommended revision surgery because the nasal tip is cartilage and looks like it would droop, and they suggested proceeding with revision using autologous costal cartilage, but…
