Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

My third revision rhinoplasty with costal cartilage, please take a lookㅠㅠ

Before <after 2 nose surgeries> After <day 5 after surgery> Before <slightly took off the splint lol> I had rhinoplasty about 12 years ago when I was in high school, but my first nose was made super long, like Squidward's nose? So 6 months after surgery, I immediately had a revision. But maybe because my original nose was so short and small, I could barely tell whether it had been raised or not. But anyway, no one could even tell I had surgery, it looked natural like a nose that hadn't been done, and it didn't look bad on my face. It was a cute-looking nose? So I lived fine with it. But after 10 years, my nose gradually started turning upward, so my nostrils showed way too much, like a pig nose ㅡㅡ So I went around consulting at plastic surgery clinics, and it has been 5 days since I had surgery at a clinic recommended by people I know? During the consultation, I told the director I hated a pointy nose and not to give me a young-lady-style nose, and asked for it to look natural. I asked for it to be as high as possible but with the nasal tip rounded? But the director said my nose is naturally very short, my skin doesn't stretch well, and because the nose is short, it has to be lowered while being raised, so they might not be able to raise it much. But it really doesn't seem like it got much higher.. I wanted the nasal tip to become a bit higherㅠ Is this the limit? I even harvested autologous costal cartilage because I wanted it higher, but since it looks like there isn't much difference, I'm stressed..; I'm still wearing the splint, but it feels like the nasal tip didn't get much higher. Please take a look at my nasal tipㅠ Will it look higher once the swelling goes down..?
